REFUNDS:
Please be sure to include the enclosed Return and Exchange Form which was enclosed in your original package.
Refunds will be issued for items received back at Golftini within 21 calendar days from the original date of delivery as long as the items are new, unworn/unused, in the original packaging and with all product & price tags attached. The refund will be applied back to the original form of payment for merchandise only, without shipping cost.
Please allow 48 hours from the time the items arrives at the Golftini warehouse for refunds on qualified returns to be completed. Please note that using the enclosed Golftini convenience label will result in a $10 deduction from your refund unless the label is used for an exchange.
EXCHANGES AND SALE:
Golftini offers free domestic exchanges, including shipping to and from Golftini for items which are not marked as final sale. Please contact us to discuss international exchanges. The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging and with all product & price tags attached.
Merchandise received after 21 days may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Products sold at a discount over 40% are final sale and not returnable. Sales marked "Final Sale" are final sale and not returnable. All sale promotions apply to Golftini Merchandise only, unless indicated otherwise.
